Bradley Schneider was the founder of Nik-N-Willies Take-N-Bake Pizza, taking the name from his two sons.  He started in Mammoth Lakes, California with the concept that he would provide the freshest, best pizza, along with sincere, friendly service, all at a reasonable price.  His success spread to other locations in California, Nevada, Colorado, and New Zealand.  Brad loved the mountains, ski racing, and working in his pizza shops.  He died March 24, 1989, at the age of 32, in a ski accident at Aspen, Colorado, preparing for the finals of a race to be held the next day.  One week later he was scheduled to race at Sun Valley, Idaho, in the Grand Marnier Chef's Championship.

Brad's concept of Take-N-Bake Pizza lives on through his friends, many that were employees from the beginning and are now the proud owners of these stores.
